Holistic Facial Online Workshop

Join me for my Holistic Facial Online Workshop this Thursday 9th July 7:30pm - 8:30pm
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect and experience self care with connection while we wait for our beauty salons and therapy centres to open.

I’ll guide you through a gentle meditation, facial massage and facial reflexology points to release emotional stress from the face.

You will experience a deep sense of calm and relaxation and enhance your natural glow to your skin.

I’ll show you my crystals that I use for facials in the treatment room.

For the workshop you will need:
2 x teaspoons
Your favourite facial serum /oil.
A cushion
A glass of water
Cleanse your face before the session
Wash your hands thoroughly before the session

After the workshop I will send you a link to a PRE RECORDED video that I have prepared of the meditation and facial sequence that you can follow at your own leisure.
