Reflexology for Anxiety, Stress, Tension

For the relief of stress, tension & anxiety

Reflexology is an excellent therapy for releasing stress, anxiety and tension.
Living with stress, anxiety and tension does have a negative effect on our health and can lead to symptoms associated with:

digestive problems

menstrual and fertility issues

skin conditions

heart conditions

allergies

By booking yourself a reflexology session you are giving yourself time out. You are allowing yourself time to relax and unwind. The reflexology session aims to bring all your body systems back into balance so that they are working harmoniously. You may find that you feel quite groggy or hung over after the first reflexology session. This is a sign that the treatment is working. It means that toxins and stress are being released from your body and the healing process is beginning.

You WILL feel deeply relaxed and stress free after a reflexology treatment Jane. During your first visit Jane will talk to your about your lifestyle and offer support to find ways to make your life more relaxing and stress free!
