Reflexology for eczema

  For the relief of eczema

Eczema is patches of red inflamed blistering, itchy skin also known as dermatitis. In long standing eczema, the affected skin may become thickened as a result of persistent scratching. Eczema can occur intermittently throughout life and may be caused by allergies or aggravated by fatigue or stress.

HOW CAN REFLEXOLOGY HELP?

Reflexology can help by alleviating the stress around the condition. Working on the digestive and lymphatic systems to release toxins from the body may help with any association to allergies. Jane will also work on the endocrine system which includes the adrenal glands. This may help to reduce inflammation that has occurred. Massaging the area on the foot that relates to the area on the body affected by eczema can also help.
