Pregnancy Reflexology can help you deal with the hormonal and physical changes of pregnancy, as well as helping you prepare for the birth.  It will also encourage you to recover physically and emotionally after the birth of your baby.

Pregnancy Reflexology

Jane recommends 6 weekly treatments before your due date to balance hormones and to prepare you for the birth.

Jane can use PRIMING FOR LABOUR techniques after your 40 week due date.  This is to provide extra relaxation and promote the right energy that may encourage labour.

Please inform your midwife/caregiver that you are receiving reflexology during your pregnancy.

"I feel rejuvenated, relaxed and recharged after one of your lovely relaxing treatments....it's good for your soul, its good for your mind, its just so GOOD. I would have a treatment at least once a month if I still lived in London....maybe I will move back..... "
