I just wanted to say that I feel like a different person after two reflexology sessions with you. After pneumonia and swine flu I seem to have been left with some sort of low grade illness, just feeling "not right" and embarrassed to go back to my doctor yet again to treat something non specific.

Migraine is a severe headache which can be accompanied by visual disturbances, nausea, vomiting and even speech difficulties. It can be caused by a number of different factors including an allergy to certain foods, eyestrain, tension, neck problems, hormonal problems and sinus congestion.
How can reflexology help?
During the first treatment Jane will take a consultation to establish is the patient is aware of the causes of their migraines. This will help Jane to work on the correct body systems to help alleviate the painful and unpleasant symptoms of migraine. Reflexology is an excellent therapy for releasing tension in the head, neck and sinus areas. This may help the patient along side any lifestyle or dietary changes that can be made.
